The Polk County Board of Commissioners approved a resolution to authorize County Attorney Eric Brooks to send notice to United Community Bank to revoke its guarantor status for Copper Basin Medical

For the seventh straight year, the Knights of Columbus Blue Ridge Council and Copper Basin Veterinary Clinic will partner to offer discounted rates for rabies vaccinations Saturday, April 1. 

Fannin County Recreation Director Eddie O’Neal holds a $30,920.52 check he received from Steven Miracle of the Kiwanis Club of Blue Ridge. Miracle presented the check to be used for new playground equipment at Fannin County Recreation Complex on Tom Boyd Road.

The Kiwanis Club of Blue Ridge made a $30,920.52 donation to the Fannin County recreation department for new playground equipment at the recreation complex off Tom Boyd Park.
